• It should be possible to have a referendum to re-call elected MLAs/MPs
• Political Parties must be made to have internal closed ballot elections to elect office-bearers
• To contest in Parliamentary Elections, Candidate must have won in Assembly Elections & like wise for Assembly Elections candidate must have won in Local Body Elections
• Voting must be made compulsory
• A person cannot contest from more than 1 constituency
• 49-O must be part of the EVM & all candidates getting less than 49-O votes will be banned for 5years from contesting elections
• Non-voters must be made to pay additional Tax (extra TDS in office)
