Only Voter ID Card or Voter Slip allowed?

In the latest press release, Election Commission has stated that voters will be allowed to vote only if they have their Voter ID Card or the Voter’s Slip that Election Commission is going to distribute from April 1st. Voting without Voter ID Card

If your name is in the Electoral Rolls but you have not received the Voter ID Card yet, then also you can vote using one of the below mentioned Photo ID Cards:

(i) Passport,

(ii) Driving License issued up to 28.02.2011.

(iii) Income Tax Identity (PAN) Cards,

Get your Voter ID Card

If you have not received your Voter ID Card yet, Election Commission gives you the last opportunity before the upcoming elections to get them. Election Commission is conducting a Special Campaign for issue of pending Voter ID Cards on 12th & 13th March (Saturday & Sunday).
